Guest Experience Manager - Kiri Private Reserve

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Guest Experience Manager to curate truly exceptional, personalized journeys for our distinguished guests.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee and elevate every aspect of the guest journey from pre-arrival to post-departure
* Lead and inspire a team of Barefoot Butlers and guest service hosts to deliver intuitive, world-class service
* Anticipate guest preferences and create tailored experiences that exceed expectations
* Act as the main point of contact for high-profile guests, handling any requests or concerns with discretion and grace
* Collaborate with all departments to ensure seamless and personalized service across the villa
* Uphold the Soneva philosophy of sustainable luxury and barefoot elegance

Requirements:

* Minimum 5 years of experience in Front Office or Guest Relations in a luxury hotel or resort
* Proficiency in Opera PMS hotel management software
* Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages such as French, Spanish, German, or Italian are a plus
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
* Warm, confident, and professional demeanor
