1. Male or female, aged 30 years and above (foreign nationals only)
2. Able to work flexible shifts; service-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills, strong leadership abilities, effective problem-solving skills, and good physical health
3. Proficient in basic computer applications, particularly MS Office
4. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in hotel management or related hospitality operations
5. Strong proficiency in foreign languages, particularly English and Russian
6. Salary is negotiable based on qualifications and experience
