รายละเอียด

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Political Science, Psychology, or a related field.
2. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources.
3. Previous experience in a supervisory HR role or as a Senior HR Officer for at least 1–2 years will be an advantage.
4. Strong knowledge of labor laws, social security regulations, and other related employment legislation.
5. Knowledge of recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, training and development, and employee relations.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
7. Experience using Human Soft or other Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS/HRIS) will be an advantage.
8. Good command of spoken and written English for workplace communication.
