ตำแหน่ง : F&B Coordinator
1. Office & Administrative Operations
• Manage, structure, and maintain the comprehensive filing systems and records of the F&B division, ensuring absolute document security and traceability.
• Handle incoming calls, resolve general property and employee inquiries professionally, or route detailed messages to the appropriate stakeholder.
• Draft executive correspondence, compile reports, and systematically organize agendas, while accurately taking minutes and business dictation for management meetings.
• Maintain and coordinate online entries and periodic updates to the department’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and operational guidelines.
2. Collateral & Commercial Coordination
• Supervise, type, and manage the structural formatting and printing of all restaurant set menus, promotional flyers, and special seasonal event materials before routing them to the respective Outlet Managers.
• Foster a professional, cooperative rapport with external stakeholders, including travel agencies, commercial tour operators, and lifestyle vendors.
• Process and cross-reference general logistical documents to ensure seamless coordination across multiple venues (Fresca Kitchens & Deli, STAY Green Café, Banquets).
3. Departmental Coordination & Integrity
• Maintain an advanced operational understanding of the resort's cross-functional departments to drive seamless lateral service.
• Serve as an accessible administrative anchor for F&B employees, ensuring internal inquiries are resolved in coordination with Human Resources.
• Preserve absolute confidentiality regarding all management, fiscal data, corporate memos, and team records.
Qualification Requirements
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of progressive clerical, administrative, or secretarial experience, ideally within a 4/5-star hotel environment or a premium F&B department.
• Proactive, business-minded, creative, and highly energetic.
• Deeply team-oriented with strong cross-departmental collaborative abilities.
• Ability to demonstrate measurable success in a fast-paced, administrative or logistical position.
• High relational acumen with a proven capability to gain operational commitment from a diverse range of people.
• An entrepreneurial mindset paired with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Highly proficient across the MS.(Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and business writing skills in both English and Thai.
• Demonstrated capability in task timeline management and multi-project tracking.
