Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
Minimum 3 years of Spa management experience within luxury hospitality.
* Passion for both people and science with at least 3 years of experience as a Leader in a similar work environment.
* Able to demonstrate respectfulness, patience, and tact to help guests feel comfortable and at ease.
Able to recommend additional services and up-sell products.
* Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
* Drive, passion, and commitment to achieve personal and company goals.
* Solution oriented with a strong capacity to convince and inspire those around you.
* Independent work style, proactivity, and very good time management
* Strong ability to work in a team and outstanding network communication as well as a confident appearance
*Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
