Impiana Resorts Thailand is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR & Admin Manager to oversee both Impiana Resort Patong and Impiana Private Villas Kata Noi.

This is a key leadership role responsible for shaping our people strategy, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining a safe and secure environment across both properties.

What You Will Do
- Lead the full spectrum of HR functions across two properties
- Ensure full compliance with Thai labor laws and all regulatory requirements
- Manage hotel licenses, permits, and liaise with government authorities
- Oversee outsourced security operations and workplace safety standards
- Drive occupational health and safety programs and risk management initiatives
- Support leadership in building a strong, engaged, and service-driven team culture

What We Are Looking For
- Proven HR leadership experience in hospitality, preferably managing multiple properties
- Strong knowledge of Thai labor law and hotel compliance requirements
- Experience in licensing, permits, and government relations
- Solid understanding of safety, security, and occupational health standards
- A hands-on, proactive leader with strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and Thai
