Position: Sales & Event Manager
Location: Impiana Resorts Thailand (Impiana Resort Patong & Impiana Private Villas Kata Noi, Phuket)
Reports To: General Manager

About the Role
Impiana Resorts Thailand is seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Sales & Event Manager to lead offline revenue growth across Rooms and F&B, while curating exceptional events that reflect our boutique resort and villa experience.

This role is instrumental in strengthening partnerships with travel agents, wholesalers, and DMCs, while driving the business for weddings, private events, and group dining experiences, as well as overseeing the hotel’s marketing, advertising, and promotional activities, ensuring strong brand visibility and revenue generation across our beachfront resort and luxury villa offerings.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and grow offline sales through travel agents, wholesalers, and DMCs with strong focus on Europe, Asia, Russia/CIS, and other emerging markets
- Proactively secure room nights and F&B revenue through strategic partnerships and contracting
- Develop annual sales and marketing budget
- Drive and manage events business including weddings, social functions, and corporate groups
- Develop and execute event packages and experiential offerings aligned with Impiana’s positioning
- Represent the Impiana Resorts Thailand at trade shows, sales missions, and roadshows
- Oversee and coordinate marketing, advertising, and promotional campaigns (offline & digital)
- Work closely with operations teams to ensure seamless guest and event experiences

What We’re Looking For
- Male or female Thai national
- 3–5 years’ experience in hotel sales, events, or hospitality commercial roles
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field
- Strong network with travel agents, DMCs, and event planners
- Proven ability to drive offline sales and event revenue
- Understanding of Phuket’s key feeder markets
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and commercially savvy
- Resourceful and able to work within a tight budget framework
- Strong communication especially in English, negotiation, and presentation skills
