About the role
Urbaan Visuals is a Phuket-based creative brand specialising in real estate, hospitality, F&B, fitness, and lifestyle content, from photography and videography to brand marketing. We work with property developers, restaurants, gyms, and lifestyle brands across the island. We're looking for a hands-on assistant to help keep our marketing moving, content consistent, and admin off the table so we can focus on delivering great work for clients. You'll work directly with the creative lead/director across a mix of remote tasks and in-person shoot days.


What you'll actually do

Research & sourcing

Research suppliers, manufacturers, and print shops (e.g. branded merchandise, packaging, custom products) and compile quotes, rates, and contact details into organised spreadsheets

Source advertising and media partnership opportunities: find the right contacts, get rates, and summarise options for review

Handle general research tasks as they come up. If we need something found, priced, or compared, that's you

Outreach & communications

Contact clients, suppliers, venue owners, and staff on behalf of the director

Draft and send emails, follow up on outstanding replies, and keep communication threads moving

Prepare outreach lists and coordinate logistics for ongoing projects

Content & social media

Support copywriting: captions, emails, basic website copy, in English

Help manage and grow the Urbaan Visuals Instagram account

Assist with content scheduling, posting, and maintaining a consistent rhythm

Create short-form video content and graphics using Canva and CapCut or equivalent

Admin & operations

Follow up on outstanding payments, and maintain basic records

Keep project files, contact lists, and spreadsheets organised and up to date

On-shoot support

Join select shoot days to assist on set and capture behind-the-scenes content

Help organise and export media files post-shoot


What we're looking for

Attitude and reliability over years of experience. We will train the right person

Strong visual sense and comfort creating content in Canva and CapCut (or similar)

Bonus: experience with more advanced editing tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, Lightroom)

Functional/Advanced written & spoken English. Client communication is part of the role

Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive about following up without being chased

Comfortable working independently on remote days and as part of a small team on shoot days

Based in Phuket. In-person availability required on shoot days and select project days


The setup

Part-time start (~20 hrs/week), with potential to grow into a full-time role

Hybrid: mostly remote with in-person shoot days and project meetings in Phuket

20,000–25,000 THB/month depending on experience

You'll work across real estate, hospitality, fitness, and lifestyle projects, covering photography, videography, and client marketing

Direct access to the creative lead. No layers, no bureaucracy
