Videographer & Photographer

Urbaan Visuals is a Phuket-based visual content production company working with real estate developers, hospitality brands, restaurants, and agencies across the Phuket and Andaman region. Our work covers everything from property walkthroughs and brand films to F&B campaigns, Real Estate photography, 360 Virtual Tour, and AI-assisted virtual staging.

We're expanding and looking for a videographer-first/Photographer creative to join the team full-time.



The Role

Video is your primary language. You think in sequences, you understand pacing, and you know how to make a space or a brand feel alive on screen. Photography is part of your toolkit too, you're comfortable behind the camera for stills, even if it's not where you shine brightest.

This is a full-time position based in Phuket. You'll work across real estate, hospitality, and F&B projects alongside the founder, with real room to grow as the company scales.



Responsibilities

- Shoot and edit video content for real estate walkthroughs, property films, brand content, and hospitality clients
- Produce short-form and social-first video cuts (Reels, TikTok, vertical formats)
- Capture quality photography on set when required — interiors, F&B, lifestyle
- Handle colour grading, sound syncing, music selection, and final delivery
- Manage production logistics — gear prep, file organization, backups, client delivery
- Collaborate on creative direction and uphold Urbaan Visuals' visual standard



Requirements

Videography:

- 3+ years of professional videography experience
- Strong shooting fundamentals — exposure, movement, framing, lighting for video
- Confident editor in DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or Premiere Pro
- Experience with real estate, hospitality, F&B, or brand content
- Cinematic eye — you understand storytelling, pacing, and how to structure a video
- Comfortable with the full production pipeline from brief to final delivery

Photography — solid foundation required:

- Competent with a camera for stills — composition, lighting, exposure
- Able to shoot interiors, F&B, and lifestyle content to a professional standard
- Strong editing knowledges in Lightroom (culling, grading, delivery)
- Photoshop retouching is a plus

Bonus points for:
- Drone operation (nice to have, not required)
- Experience with virtual staging, AI editing tools, or 3D visualization
- Tech-savvy — you adapt quickly to new tools and workflows
- HDR & Flambient (Flash) shooting for Real Estate and Interior (Flash shooting, HDR blending)

General:

- Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
- Comfortable managing your own time across multiple active projects
- Good in English


Equipment

Having your own professional setup is preferred; camera body, lenses, laptop or desktop capable of handling video editing workloads, and ideally a drone. It doesn't need to be everything, but coming with your own kit shows you're serious about your craft and means we can move faster on projects.

Compensation can be structured to reflect what you bring, candidates with a full professional setup can expect this to be factored into the salary discussion. Certain equipment can also be provided or supplemented depending on project needs, and we're happy to discuss what that looks like during the interview.
