ตำแหน่ง : Spa Manager
• Manage daily spa operations and ensure smooth service flow
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and handle guest feedback professionally
• Drive sales performance (treatments, packages, retail products)
• Lead, train, and motivate the spa team
• Control stock, costs, and basic financial reports
• Support marketing activities and promotions
Qualifications
• Minimum 2–5 years experience in Spa / Hospitality (Supervisor or Manager level)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent customer service mindset
• Good sales and target-driven attitude
• Knowledge of spa treatments and wellness products
• Good command of English (additional languages are a plus)
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
