They play a vital role in month-end closing, bank reconciliations, and supporting internal or external audits.Key ResponsibilitiesTransaction Processing: Manage daily bookkeeping, data entry, process invoices, and handle expense claims.Financial Reporting: Prepare journal entries, reconcile bank and credit card statements, and assist in month-end/year-end closing processes.Tax Compliance: Prepare and file monthly/quarterly tax returns (e.g., VAT, withholding tax).Audit Support: Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure financial transparency.Accounts Management: Oversee accounts payable (A/P), accounts receivable (A/R), and petty cash.
