Job Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a strictly equivalent field.
Proven experience in business development, sales pipeline growth, and closing high-value deals.
Demonstrated background working within a high-end service environment, specifically a private clinic, medical tourism hub, or luxury hospitality setting.
Exceptional language skills with absolute proficiency in English,
High confidence and cultural diplomacy when interacting, negotiating, and building trust with a premium, international clientele and global partners.
Mastery of commercial negotiation techniques, contract structuring, and closing strategies.
Experience leading cross-functional commercial projects, coordinating promotional events, and aligning sales and marketing teams.

Job Responsibilities:

Proactively identify, evaluate, and penetrate new regional and international markets.
Analyze high-value client needs in close collaboration with medical and operational internal teams.
Contribute tactical insights to the design of agile commercial and sales strategies.
Drive the sales pipeline to consistently achieve defined revenue and profitability targets.
Track key commercial performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate sales velocity and conversion rates.
Analyze weekly/monthly sales results and rapidly propose corrective actions for lagging sectors.
Maintain disciplined, accurate pipeline documentation and regular activity reporting for executive leadership.
Conduct targeted market studies to assess demand elasticity and potential patient demographics.
Analyze competitor offerings, pricing models, and promotional activities.
Identify emerging healthcare, wellness, and medical tourism trends to capture first-mover advantages.
Translate market data into actionable, strategic areas for commercial improvement.
Direct and optimize the existing portfolio of international medical agents, facilitators, and intermediaries.
Lead high-impact commercial and marketing initiatives from conception to execution.
Synchronize sales actions tightly with the Marketing and PR teams to maximize campaign impact.
