“The Unwind Koh Yor Collection” is a new 57-room, 4-star boutique hotel located on Koh Yor, Songkhla, and scheduled to open in December 2026.
As part of the same hospitality group as Richmann Resort Hotel Hatyai, we are looking for passionate professionals to join our pre-opening team.

Job Responsibilities
1. Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Front Office Department.
2. Ensure exceptional guest service and maintain the highest service standards.
3. Supervise, coach, and develop the Front Office team.
4. Handle guest concerns and resolve issues professionally.
5. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations.
6. Monitor room availability, occupancy, and upselling opportunities.
7. Ensure compliance with hotel policies, SOPs, and operational standards.
8. Prepare operational reports and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum 5 years of Front Office experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
3. Strong leadership and team management skills.
4. Experience with hotel PMS (Opera, Cloudbeds, Smile PMS, or similar).
5. Good command of English and Microsoft Office.
6. Service-minded, well-organized, and able to work under pressure.
