Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies
• Increase revenue and strengthen brand awareness
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, tour operators, agencies, and business partners
• Plan promotions, events, and marketing campaigns
• Manage online marketing channels and coordinate with other departments
• Analyze sales performance and prepare reports for management

Qualifications
• Experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the hotel, restaurant, hospitality, or beach club industry
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Good command of English
• Creative, proactive, and able to work effectively as part of a team
