We are searching for an Architect to support the design development and technical documentation of a landmark real estate and hospitality development project.

The Role
● Prepare and develop architectural drawings from concept through construction documentation
● Ensure architectural designs comply with the project's brand standards, functional requirements, and local building codes
● Coordinate with structural, MEP, interior, and landscape teams to support an integrated design
● Prepare and review technical details, material specifications, and shop drawings
● Support site visits to monitor construction quality against architectural drawings and specifications
● Assist the Architect Lead / Project Manager (Architect & Design) with design-stage approvals and consultant coordination
● Report to the Architect Lead
