As Managing Director of Bulldozer Group Hong Kong, led the development and opening of ICHU Peru and Estiatorio KEIA, with combined investment of approximately USD 7M and monthly revenue of around USD 1M. Managed the complete pre-opening lifecycle including concept development, licensing, lease negotiations, procurement, construction, recruitment, budgeting and operational setup. Built multicultural teams of 70–80 employees and established complete operating systems.
Previously managed Buddha-Bar Moscow with 100+ employees and a portfolio of 5 restaurants as Area Manager, with responsibility for operational performance, financial results, service standards and team development.
Built my career foundation through 10 years in international hotels, including Marriott, Novotel and Holiday Inn, progressing from operational F&B roles into management and gaining extensive experience in international standards, service excellence, banquets and high-volume operations.
Currently based in Thailand and open to senior hospitality opportunities across Asia.
