We are searching for a Project Architect to support the design development and site coordination of a landmark real estate and hospitality development project.

The Role
● Develop and coordinate architectural drawings from concept through construction documentation
● Ensure architectural designs comply with the project's brand standards, functional requirements, and local building codes
● Coordinate with interior design, landscape, and engineering teams to ensure a fully integrated design
● Review shop drawings and material submittals for compliance with design intent
● Conduct site visits to monitor construction quality against architectural drawings and specifications
● Support the Project Manager (Architect & Design) in managing design consultants and design-stage approvals
● Report to the Project Manager (Architect & Design)
