Qualifications
Thai nationality male, female 38-50 years
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
Fluent in English and Thai; other languages an advantage.
Minimum 7 years’ experience in property or villa management, including 4–5 years in a managerial role.
Strong leadership and team management skills with ability to set and monitor KPIs.
Proven experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and operational planning.
Knowledge of property maintenance, vendor management, and health & safety standards.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; able to handle owner and guest relations effectively.
Able to travel to samui
