ตำแหน่ง: Design Coordinator
สถานที่ปฏิบัติงาน: จังหวัดภูเก็ต

รายละเอียดงาน:
• ประสานงานระหว่างทีมออกแบบ ที่ปรึกษา ผู้รับเหมา และผู้เกี่ยวข้อง
• ติดตามแบบ แผนงาน และเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานออกแบบ
• สนับสนุนการประชุม สรุปรายงาน และติดตามงาน
• ช่วยให้การสื่อสารระหว่างทีมในประเทศไทยและต่างประเทศเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น
• สนับสนุนการดำเนินงานของโครงการในด้านการออกแบบและการประสานงาน

คุณสมบัติ:
• วุฒิปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาสถาปัตยกรรม ออกแบบภายใน วิศวกรรม หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Design Coordination / Project Coordination หรือสายงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีทักษะการประสานงานและติดตามงานที่ดี
• สามารถใช้งาน Microsoft Office, AutoCAD หรือโปรแกรมที่เกี่ยวข้องได้
• หากมีประสบการณ์ในโครงการอสังหาริมทรัพย์ วิลล่า โรงแรม หรือรีสอร์ท จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• สามารถทำงานประจำที่จังหวัดภูเก็ตได้
• หากสามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

Position: Design Coordinator
Location: Phuket, Thailand

Job Responsibilities:
• Coordinate between design teams, consultants, contractors, and related stakeholders
• Follow up on drawings, schedules, and design-related documents
• Support meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items
• Ensure smooth communication between Thailand-based and overseas teams
• Support project execution in design and coordination matters

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or related fields
• Experience in Design Coordination / Project Coordination or related fields
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills
• Able to use Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, or related software
• Experience in real estate, villa, hotel, or resort projects will be an advantage
• Able to work full-time on-site in Phuket
• Good command of English will be an advantage
