ตำแหน่ง: Architect
สถานที่ปฏิบัติงาน: จังหวัดภูเก็ต

รายละเอียดงาน:
• ออกแบบและพัฒนาแบบสถาปัตยกรรมให้สอดคล้องกับแนวคิดและความต้องการของโครงการ
• ประสานงานกับทีมออกแบบ ที่ปรึกษา และผู้เกี่ยวข้อง
• ตรวจสอบและปรับปรุงแบบให้เหมาะสมกับการใช้งานจริงและข้อกำหนดของโครงการ
• สนับสนุนงานออกแบบตั้งแต่แนวคิดจนถึงการพัฒนาแบบ
• ทำงานร่วมกับทีมในประเทศไทยและต่างประเทศ

คุณสมบัติ:
• วุฒิปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาสถาปัตยกรรม
• มีประสบการณ์ในสายงานสถาปัตยกรรมหรือออกแบบโครงการ
• สามารถใช้ AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit หรือโปรแกรมที่เกี่ยวข้องได้
• หากมีประสบการณ์ในโครงการวิลล่า โรงแรม รีสอร์ท หรืออสังหาริมทรัพย์ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์และมีทักษะการประสานงานที่ดี
• สามารถทำงานประจำที่จังหวัดภูเก็ตได้
• หากสามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

Position: Architect
Location: Phuket, Thailand

Job Responsibilities:
• Develop and coordinate architectural designs according to project concept and requirements
• Coordinate with design teams, consultants, and related stakeholders
• Review and revise drawings based on practical use and project requirements
• Support the design process from concept to detailed development
• Work collaboratively with Thailand-based and overseas teams

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Architecture
• Relevant experience in architectural or project design work
• Able to use AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or related software
• Experience in villa, hotel, resort, or real estate projects will be an advantage
• Creative mindset with strong coordination skills
• Able to work full-time on-site in Phuket
• Good command of English will be an advantage
