Position : Site Engineer / Project Engineer
สถานที่ปฏิบัติงาน: จังหวัดภูเก็ต
รายละเอียดงาน:
• ควบคุมและติดตามความคืบหน้าของงานก่อสร้างในพื้นที่โครงการ
• ประสานงานกับผู้รับเหมา ผู้ควบคุมงาน และทีมที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• ตรวจสอบงานก่อสร้างให้เป็นไปตามแบบ แผนงาน และมาตรฐานที่กำหนด
• รายงานปัญหา ความคืบหน้า และประเด็นสำคัญจากหน้างาน
• สนับสนุนทีมโครงการในการติดตาม timeline และ execution ของงานก่อสร้าง
คุณสมบัติ:
• วุฒิปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาวิศวกรรมโยธา การก่อสร้าง หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Site Engineer / Project Engineer / Construction Supervision
• สามารถอ่านแบบก่อสร้างและประสานงานกับผู้รับเหมาได้ดี
• มีทักษะในการแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าและติดตามงานภาคสนาม
• หากมีประสบการณ์ในโครงการวิลล่า โรงแรม รีสอร์ท หรืออสังหาริมทรัพย์ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• สามารถทำงานประจำที่จังหวัดภูเก็ตได้
• หากสามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

Job Responsibilities:
• Supervise and monitor construction progress on-site
• Coordinate with contractors, site supervisors, and related teams
• Inspect construction work to ensure compliance with drawings, schedules, and standards
• Report site issues, progress, and key construction matters
• Support the project team in tracking construction timeline and execution
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Civil Engineering, Construction, or related fields
• Relevant experience in Site Engineer / Project Engineer / Construction Supervision
• Able to read construction drawings and coordinate effectively with contractors
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to follow up field execution
• Experience in villa, hotel, resort, or real estate projects will be an advantage
• Able to work full-time on-site in Phuket
• Good command of English will be an advantage
