ตำแหน่ง: MEP Engineer / MEP Coordinator
สถานที่ปฏิบัติงาน: จังหวัดภูเก็ต

รายละเอียดงาน:
• ประสานงานและติดตามงานระบบไฟฟ้า สุขาภิบาล เครื่องกล และระบบอาคารที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• ตรวจสอบแบบและความสอดคล้องของงานระบบกับงานก่อสร้างและงานออกแบบ
• ประสานงานกับที่ปรึกษา ผู้รับเหมา และทีมโครงการในด้านงานระบบ
• ติดตามความคืบหน้าของงาน MEP และรายงานปัญหาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• สนับสนุนการตรวจสอบคุณภาพและการส่งมอบงานระบบ

คุณสมบัติ:
• วุฒิปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาวิศวกรรมไฟฟ้า วิศวกรรมเครื่องกล หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์ด้าน MEP Engineering / MEP Coordination / Building Systems
• สามารถอ่านแบบระบบและประสานงานกับผู้รับเหมาได้ดี
• มีความเข้าใจในงานระบบอาคารและการติดตามงานภาคสนาม
• หากมีประสบการณ์ในโครงการวิลล่า โรงแรม รีสอร์ท หรืออสังหาริมทรัพย์ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• สามารถทำงานประจำที่จังหวัดภูเก็ตได้
• หากสามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

Position: MEP Engineer / MEP Coordinator
Location: Phuket, Thailand

Job Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and monitor electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and related building systems works
• Review system drawings and ensure alignment with construction and design requirements
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams on MEP matters
• Track MEP progress and report related issues
• Support quality inspection and handover of MEP works

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields
• Relevant experience in MEP Engineering / MEP Coordination / Building Systems
• Able to read MEP drawings and coordinate effectively with contractors
• Good understanding of building systems and site follow-up work
• Experience in villa, hotel, resort, or real estate projects will be an advantage
• Able to work full-time on-site in Phuket
• Good command of English will be an advantage
