Job Summary
Lead the daily operations of Fresca, Chica and Staygreen, including events and group dining. Develop outlet teams, maintain excellent service standards, and drive revenue, guest satisfaction and profitability in line with STAY’s wellbeing and lifestyle concept.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee all F&B outlets, events and functions, ensuring consistent service and operational standards.
• Lead and develop outlet managers and teams through coaching, training and performance reviews.
• Manage budgets, revenue targets, staffing and cost control.
• Work closely with the Executive Chef on menus, pricing, quality and guest dietary requirements.
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to develop promotions and grow local and external business.
• Monitor guest feedback, resolve concerns and improve the guest experience.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and responsible alcohol service standards.
• Report operational and financial performance to the Resort Manager and Cluster General Manager.
Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of progressive F&B management experience in 4- or 5-star hotels or resorts.
• At least 2 years as an F&B Manager or Assistant Director of F&B in a multi-outlet operation.
• Experience in high-volume breakfast operations, banqueting and special events.
• Strong leadership, financial management and cost control skills.
• Knowledge of food safety, wine, beverages and service standards.
• Proficient in POS, PMS, procurement systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Fluent in spoken and written English; Thai language skills are an advantage.
• Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.
• Hands-on, service-minded and able to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
