Qualifications
1. Previous experience in the hotel industry, particularly in Front Office operations.
2. Good knowledge of and proficiency in Opera / Opera Cloud PMS.
3. Good English communication skills, with the ability to assist international guests and coordinate effectively with other departments.
4. Experience in supervising, managing, and developing Front Office teams.
5. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle guest complaints and ensure guest satisfaction.
6. Strong leadership skills, a professional appearance, a service-oriented attitude, and the ability to work under pressure.
