Great days at the beach are about good company, great food, ice-cold drinks and an atmosphere that keeps people coming back. Our team brings all of this together, creating a place where guests can switch off, enjoy themselves and make the most of their time with us.

We're looking for outgoing, motivated people who enjoy being part of a busy hospitality environment. Whether you're helping guests discover their new favourite drink, keeping the service flowing during a busy lunch or making sure every table feels looked after, you'll play an important part in what makes our beach club special.

This is a temporary position until 30th April 2027. The opportunity to move into a permanent role may be available, subject to business requirements.

What you'll do
Look after guests throughout their visit, creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere from the moment they arrive.

Take food and beverage orders, process payments and use the POS system accurately to keep service running smoothly.

Get to know the menu so you can answer questions, share recommendations and help guests find exactly what they're looking for.

Work at pace during busy periods, ensuring orders are delivered correctly and guests receive prompt, attentive service.

Keep tables, service stations and surrounding areas clean, organised and ready for service, working with colleagues to prepare for the day and close down at the end of each shift.

Communicate with the wider team to ensure guests enjoy a consistent experience, even when the beach club is at its busiest.

What we're looking for
A sociable, approachable personality and a genuine interest in food, drinks and hospitality.

Thai nationality or existing permission to work in Thailand.

Good spoken English and the confidence to communicate with guests from different backgrounds.

Someone who notices the little things, takes initiative and enjoys making guests feel welcome.

The ability to stay organised, positive and focused in a fast-paced, energetic setting.

Previous experience in a restaurant, bar, hotel, beach club or another customer-facing hospitality role.

A reliable team player who is happy to get involved, support colleagues and help create a great working atmosphere.
