Good drinks, great people and an atmosphere worth coming back for. Our beach club is all about bringing people together, and the bar is where much of the action happens.

We're looking for Bartenders who enjoy being at the centre of a lively environment, know their way around a drinks menu and can keep service flowing when things get busy. From mixing a guest's favourite cocktail to serving a perfectly chilled beer, you'll help set the mood and make every visit enjoyable.

If you're confident behind the bar, enjoy connecting with people and take pride in delivering great drinks and friendly service, this could be your next opportunity.

This is a temporary position until 30th April 2027, with the potential to become permanent depending on future business requirements.

What you'll do
Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, spirits, beers and non-alcoholic options, ensuring every drink meets our quality and presentation standards.

Welcome drink orders, offer recommendations and help guests choose something they'll enjoy, whether they're after a familiar favourite or something new.

Keep the bar moving during busy service, coordinating with the floor team, runners and fellow Bartenders to ensure orders are delivered without unnecessary delays.

Create a positive experience when handling guest requests or concerns, while following responsible alcohol service practices at all times.

Take ownership of your bar area, keeping ingredients, ice, glassware and equipment organised, replenished and ready for service.

Follow all hygiene, cleaning and safety procedures, maintaining high standards throughout preparation, service and closing.

What you'll bring
Thai nationality or valid permission to work in Thailand.

Spoken English skills to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.

A good understanding of spirits, wines, beers, liqueurs and popular cocktails, including the techniques needed to prepare and serve them correctly.

Previous experience working behind a bar, with the confidence to deliver efficient service while building genuine connections with guests.

A friendly, approachable personality and the ability to stay composed when the bar gets busy.

A responsible attitude towards alcohol service, cleanliness, food safety and maintaining a well-run bar.
