We are looking for a dedicated and highly organized Assistant Villa Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in hospitality operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead staff while ensuring outstanding guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily operations of the department to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and guest needs are met.
Oversee staff performance, provide guidance, and ensure teams maintain a high standard of customer service.
Communicate the importance of customer satisfaction and ensure staff follow company procedures.
Manage bookings and online reservations using channel managers.
Check the quantity and quality of supplies, equipment, and guest amenities daily.
Handle guest complaints professionally and promptly.
Conduct monthly staff evaluations based on performance and participation.
Collaborate with the HR department to recruit, onboard, and train new staff members.
Supervise cleaning, maintenance, reporting, and stock management.
Drive company vehicle when required.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Office Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of hospitality operations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
Good spoken and written English skills.
Experience with channel managers and booking systems.
Excellent leadership and managerial abilities.
Strong conflict-resolution and customer-service skills.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Outstanding organizational skills.

Salary: 30,000–40,000 THB
