Job Description:
- Supervise all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing installations.
- Check MEP drawings, schematics, and material submissions.
- Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with Thai codes and project standards.
- Coordinate MEP works with structural and architectural teams.
- Perform testing & commissioning with contractors.
- Ensure proper installation of HVAC, electrical, fire protection, and water systems.
- Monitor progress and validate quantities for payments.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 3–5 years of experience in MEP projects.
- Strong understanding of Thai standards and international codes.
- Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings.
- Good English skills.
