Reporting to: Project Director
Job Description:
- Source suppliers for finishing materials, equipment, and furniture.
- Issue RFQs, compare quotations, and negotiate prices and terms.
- Coordinate procurement with site requirements and project schedule.
- Evaluate suppliers and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Work closely with Chinese manufacturers (when required).
- Track orders, delivery timelines, and logistics arrangements.
- Maintain procurement database and cost-saving records.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 2–4 years of procurement experience in construction or hospitality projects.
- Experience working with Chinese factories is an advantage.
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Good English communication.
