They manage daily operations, train staff, coordinate VIP requests, handle escalated complaints, and maintain deep knowledge of local attractions to deliver highly personalized, luxury hospitality service.Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership: Train, schedule, and mentor concierge and bell staff, driving team performance and upholding rigorous brand service standards.Guest Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for VIPs, assist with complex itineraries, and swiftly resolve customer complaints to ensure complete satisfaction.Local Expertise: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with local tour operators, restaurants, and transportation providers to provide guests with exclusive, accurate recommendations.Operational Coordination: Review shift logs, manage daily checklists, and coordinate seamlessly with other departments like the Front Office and Housekeeping.
