• Verify property information on site
• Collect complete and accurate listing details
• Take clear photos and videos of each property
• Communicate professionally with owners and representatives
• Submit materials in a structured format

✅ Requirements
• Good English communication
• Ready for field work and property visits
• Own motorbike or car preferred
• Able to communicate confidently with owners
• Able to take clear photos and videos
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Familiarity with Phuket areas is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
