• Communicate professionally with owners or representatives
• Submit materials clearly and on time

✅ Requirements
• Good English communication
• Ready for daily field work in Phuket
• Own motorbike or car preferred
• Comfortable visiting properties independently
• Able to take clear photos and videos
• Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented
• Familiarity with Phuket areas is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
