Education: High School Diploma or Vocational Certificate (Diploma in a related field is a plus).

Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in security operations, preferably within a luxury hotel, resort, or high-end residential environment.

Military/Police Background: Former military or police experience is highly regarded.

Legal & Licensing
Criminal Record: Must have a clean criminal record and pass a background check.

Key Skills & Knowledge
Emergency Response: Knowledge of fire fighting, first aid, and CPR (Certified training is a plus).

Observation Skills: High level of alertness and the ability to identify suspicious behavior or safety hazards.

Communication: Basic command of English to assist international guests and communicate with team members.

Physical Fitness: Must be in excellent physical condition, capable of standing or patrolling for long shifts and handling physically demanding situations.
