1. Education & Experience
Education: Vocational Certificate or Higher Vocational Diploma (ปวช./ปวส.) in Electrical Power, Electrical Technology, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in a large-scale resort, hotel, or industrial complex.

Knowledge: Strong understanding of single-phase and three-phase electrical systems, transformers, and generators.

2. Legal & Certification (Mandatory)
License: Must possess a valid National Skill Standard Certification in Building Electricity (หนังสือรับรองความรู้ความสามารถ สาขาช่างไฟฟ้าภายในอาคาร) as required by Thai law.

3. Key Skills & Knowledge
Technical Skills: Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical circuits, lighting systems, motor controls, and kitchen appliances.

Preventive Maintenance: Experience in conducting routine inspections (PM) to prevent system failures and ensure energy efficiency.

Diagram Reading: Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.

Safety Standards: Strict adherence to safety protocols, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.

4. Personal Attributes
Service Mind: Willingness to assist guests with in-room electrical issues with a polite and professional demeanor.

Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills to diagnose complex electrical faults quickly under pressure.

Flexibility: Ability to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays, and be on-call for emergencies.
