ตำแหน่ง : Assistant HR Manager
* Bachelor’s degree or above.
* Previous experience in this position and has experience within a luxury hospitality environment.
* Effective decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
* Strong leadership, interpersonal and training skills
Ability to multi-task, work well in stressful & high-pressure situations
* Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
* Fluent in both Thai and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills..
* Familiarity with HR systems and reporting tools, including budgeting and payroll management.
* High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
* Work ethic and Positive attitude
Main Responsibilities
* Overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and training.
* Act as a bridge between management and colleagues, ensuring that HR operations run smoothly and remain compliant with local labor laws.
* Ensure the company remains compliant with local Labor Laws and Social Security regulations. * Maintain up-to-date employee records and documentation.
* Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure operational efficiency.
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job ads and screening candidates to conducting interviews and coordinating onboarding for new hires.
* Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits, policies, and grievances.
* Help foster a positive work environment through engagement initiatives.
* Develops colleagues' engagement and support activities to enhance the relationship between colleagues and the company and thus create a happy work environment.
* Assist in payroll processing, ensuring accuracy in attendance tracking, leave management, and tax deductions. Manage colleagues' insurance and welfare programs.
* Support the annual performance appraisal process.
* Prepare monthly HR reports
