Responsibilities
• Handle monthly payroll processing using Tiger Soft program
• Verify attendance, OT, leave records, and payroll calculations
• Manage employee records for both Thai and foreign staff
• Process social security, tax, and other HR-related documentation
• Prepare payroll reports, payslips, and HR documents
• Coordinate with Accounting and department managers
• Maintain accurate employee database and confidential records
• Support other HR administrative tasks as assigned


Qualifications
• At least 1 year of experience in Payroll or HR Payroll
• Strong knowledge of Tiger Soft system
• Understanding of labor law, social security, and payroll procedures
• Good command of Microsoft Excel
• Detail-oriented, organized, and trustworthy
• Experience in hotel, spa, or restaurant business is an advantage
• Basic English communication skills
• Can work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Has strong organizational and coordination skills
• Is proactive, responsible, and eager to learn
• Can start work immediately
