คุณสมบัติตรงกับตำแหน่ง Academy Manager (ครูสอนมวยไทย)

* มีประสบการณ์สอนมวยไทยและบริหารการฝึกซ้อม
* สามารถวางแผนหลักสูตรและตารางการฝึกได้
* มีภาวะผู้นำ ดูแลและบริหารทีมครูผู้สอน
* มีทักษะการสื่อสารและดูแลลูกค้าทั้งชาวไทยและต่างชาติ
* มีความรู้ด้านเทคนิคมวยไทย ความปลอดภัย และการพัฒนานักเรียน
* สามารถบริหารงานภายในสถาบัน เช่น ตารางเรียน อุปกรณ์ และมาตรฐานการสอน
* มีความรับผิดชอบ บุคลิกภาพดี และรักงานบริการ
* หากสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
