About the Role

We are looking for energetic, hands-on, and experience-driven Hostel General Managers to lead our hostel brands across Thailand including Bodega and Slumber Party. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced hospitality environments and understands how to create unforgettable guest experiences while managing daily operations.

From beach destinations to busy city centers, you will lead teams, drive social atmosphere, oversee operations, and build a strong culture within the property.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage overall hostel operations on a daily basis
Create exceptional guest experiences aligned with our brand culture
Manage hostel teams across Front Office, Housekeeping, Bar, and F&B operations
Drive guest engagement, events, nightlife, and social activities
Monitor property performance, revenue, and operational costs
Ensure cleanliness, safety, service standards, and brand compliance
Recruit, train, motivate, and develop hostel team members
Handle guest feedback, complaints, and operational challenges professionally
Work closely with regional and corporate teams to achieve business goals
Support marketing initiatives and local partnerships
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum 1 year of management or leadership experience in Hospitality, Hostels, Bars, F&B, Events, or fast-paced service environments
Strong leadership and team management skills
Passion for hospitality, social experiences, and guest engagement
Comfortable working in high-energy and multicultural environments
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Flexible and adaptable to different locations and operational demands
English communication skills required
Experience in hostel operations is an advantage but not mandatory
