Qualifications
1.Direct working experience in the Beach Club industry is required.
2.At least 3 years of experience as a General Manager, Club Manager or in a related management position within a Beach Club.
3.Strong experience in restaurant, bar, food and beverage, event, and entertainment operations within a Beach Club.
4.Proven ability to manage sales, revenue, budgets, costs, and profitability.
5.Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a large and multicultural team.
6.Excellent guest service, decision-making, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
7.Able to work evenings, weekends, public holidays, and during special events.
8.Open to both Thai and international applicants.
