Position Purpose
We are looking for an experienced Cluster Director of Engineering to lead and manage Engineering operations across both properties. This role is responsible for overseeing building systems and facilities, preventive maintenance, renovation and CAPEX projects, safety and regulatory compliance, sustainability initiatives, energy management, and engineering budgets to ensure efficient and seamless resort operations.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the Engineering team across both properties.
• Oversee preventive maintenance programs for all building systems and facilities.
• Manage HVAC (VRV), electrical, plumbing, fire protection, elevators, swimming pools, spa facilities, gym equipment, and kitchen equipment.
• Plan and execute renovation, refurbishment, and CAPEX projects.
• Ensure compliance with Thai regulations, safety standards, and environmental requirements.
• Drive sustainability initiatives and energy-saving programs.
• Prepare and manage engineering budgets and capital expenditure plans.
• Monitor utility consumption and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Work closely with all operational departments to support seamless resort operations.
• Participate as a member of the Executive Committee and contribute to business strategy.

Qualifications & Requirements
• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 8–10 years of Engineering leadership experience in luxury hotels or resorts.
• At least 3 years in a Director of Engineering or similar senior leadership role.
• Strong experience in hotel renovation and major CAPEX projects.
• Excellent knowledge of HVAC (VRV), MEP systems, swimming pools, building automation, and preventive maintenance.
• Experience with CMMS, AutoCAD, and maintenance management systems is an advantage.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills.
