Position : Account Receivable Supervisor
• Issue sales invoices and ensure accuracy.
• Key in received vouchers and verify details.
• Perform bank reconciliation to ensure accuracy of records.
• Conduct RPT (Receivable/Payable Transaction) reconciliation.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and chase customers for timely payment.
• Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by the accountant.
Qualifications Required:
• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills, especially for following up with customers.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
