Job Purpose:
CJP/ Estate Executive is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and administrative tasks of the building, 'estate and common area, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of facilities. This role involves coordinating with outsourced teams, managing financial records, and maintaining effective communication with residents, clients, and government authorities. The CJP / Estate Executive ensures compliance with relevant laws and regulations, handles customer inquiries, and supports senior management in achieving operational goals. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, strong administrative work and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure while delivering high-quality service.
Key Result Areas:
This role ensures the efficient operation of the building / estate / common area by managing daily tasks, financials, documentation, and communication with residents pd lients. The successful candidate will coordinate with outsourced teams, handle customer service inquiries, and support government-related communications, all while maintaining compliance and smooth operations. Strong organizational, administrative and communication skills are key to success in this position.
General:
This role involves managing daily administrative tasks, liaising with senior management, handling client and resident inquiries, and ensuring security and documentation are maintained. The individual will also support government compliance and perform additional duties as assigned, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication across all areas.
Key Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or diploma in management.
2. Experience in property or general management preferred.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital tools
4.Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
5.Proficient in English (verbal and written).
6. Positive Attitude, service-oriented, and well-organized.
7. Knowledge of condominium or village laws and regulations.
8. Understanding of architecture and construction drawings (advantageous).
9. Familiarity with construction permit processes (advantageous).
