Position : Assistant Chief Accountant
Location: Phuket
Job Purpose:
To carry on monthly closing and day-to-day accounting tasks for Singapore entities
Key Result Areas:
1. Close accounts on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
2. Prepare balance sheet account and bank reconciliations, ensuring supporting schedules are in place
3. Prepare supporting reports to facilitate financial reporting.
4. Review accounts receivables (AR), accounts payable (AP), receipts, and payments.
5. Submit monthly and yearly tax and VAT reports.
6. Coordinate with relevant personnel, departments and affiliated companies.
General:
1. Monitor accounting operations of Singapore entities with Singapore accountants.
Key Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree in Accounting, or related field.
2. Good English communication.
3. 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
