Position : Assistant Estate & CJP Management Manager
Key Responsibilities:
• Support Estate & CJP Manager in daily operations (admin, inspections, maintenance, communication).
• Act as the main contact for homeowners, contractors, and departments.
• Assist with budgets, contractors, security, and compliance.
• Handle resident relations, complaints, maintenance requests, and estate events.
• Perform inspections and oversee repairs, renovations, and admin tasks.
Requirements:
• Minimum 1+ years experience in CJP/Estate/property management.
• Strong leadership, budgeting, and communication skills.
• Flexible, customer-oriented, and calm under pressure.
• Work Location: Laguna Phuket
• Availability: Must be flexible (including weekends/holidays if required).
