The Factory Phuket is looking for an experienced and energetic Restaurant & Bar Manager to join our team.

Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in restaurant, bar, hospitality, or food & beverage management.
- Previous experience supervising and managing a team.
-Strong leadership and communication skills.
-Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
-Good understanding of restaurant and bar operations.
-Experience with staff scheduling, inventory control, and cost management.
-Sales-oriented with the ability to achieve business targets.
-Good command of English, with the ability to communicate confidently with international customers.
-Responsible, organized, proactive, and able to work well under pressure.
-Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Key Responsibilities
-Oversee daily restaurant and bar operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
-Supervise, train, and motivate employees.
-Prepare staff schedules and monitor attendance and performance.
-Communicate professionally with local and international customers.
-Maintain excellent food, beverage, and service standards.
-Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues.
-Monitor sales and work toward achieving sales targets.
-Manage inventory, stock control, wastage, and operating costs.
-Monitor cash handling and daily sales records.

-Coordinate with management, kitchen, bar, and service teams.
-Prepare operational and sales reports.
-Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and company policies.
