About the Role
The Factory Phuket is looking for a friendly, professional, and service-minded Restaurant & Bar Hostess to welcome and assist guests and ensure a smooth and enjoyable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
-Welcome and greet guests in a warm and professional manner.
-Manage reservations, guest seating, and table arrangements.
-Assist guests with menus and provide information about the restaurant and bar.
-Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and requests professionally.
-Coordinate with the restaurant and bar teams to ensure smooth service.
-Monitor guest needs and assist in resolving concerns.
-Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area.
-Support daily restaurant and bar operations as required.
-Perform other duties assigned by management.

Requirements
-Previous experience in Hostess, Guest Relations, Reception, or a similar role is preferred.
-Good command of English, both spoken and written.
-Additional language skills, particularly Russian or Chinese, are an advantage.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Service-minded, attentive, and detail-oriented.
-Able to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
-Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
