About the Role
The Factory Phuket is looking for a friendly, professional, and service-minded Restaurant & Bar Hostess to welcome and assist guests and ensure a smooth and enjoyable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
-Greet customers and seat them appropriately.
-Recommend food and beverage items and provide menu information to customers.
-Take food and beverage orders accurately and send the order to the kitchen or bar.
-Serve food and beverages according to the restaurant's service standards.
-Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of tables and service areas.
-Check customer satisfaction and provide assistance during service.
-Coordinate with kitchen staff, bar staff, and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
-Verify the accuracy of bills and coordinate payment procedures according to the restaurant's guidelines.
-Prepare equipment and service areas before opening and clean up after closing.
-Adhere to company hygiene, safety standards, and regulations.

Requirements
-Passionate about customer service, polite, cheerful, and possesses excellent interpersonal skills.
-Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
-Able to handle pressure and solve problems effectively.
-Responsible, punctual, honest, and enthusiastic.
-Able to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
-Experience in restaurant or hotel service will be considered a plus.
-Fluent in English or other foreign languages ​​will be considered a plus.
