Job Purpose:

Responsible for assisting the Learning Manager of BTMA with development processes of all business units in BTHR. Ensures that the hotels achieve its goals by supervising coordinating, supporting, and administrating the training.

Key Result Areas:

1. Instills commitment to the Banyan Tree experience in associates ensuring that the groups vision and mission are assimilated and the objectives of the company are met, especially in line with I AM WITH YOU Service Culture.

2. Assist and facilitate Core Training Programmes and other Training Programmes conducted by other Subject-Matter Expert.

3. Coach, counsel, discipline and develop subordinate associates

4. Ensure the training calendar has been set and communicated to all concerned business units in Laguna Phuket.

5. Supervise the Learning Coordinator in Laguna Phuket

6. Coordinating and communicating all external training planed for the calendar year to all business units and ensure all training and attendance happened according to the plan.

7. Check feedback from participants and development results.

8. Administrate and coordinating with all business units in Laguna Phuket and Phuket Development Skills Department (Government) in regards to Training courses submission that is required by Thai law.

9. Train and Coach Learning Coordinators to be able to understand and be able assist with Phuket Development Skills Department system and document arrangement.

10. Organize and conduct the Training in Laguna Phuket.

11. Administering departmental trainer profiles in every business unit in Laguna Phuket.

12. Work together with the Laguna Phuket Learning Coordinators to keep a comprehensive record of all training activities and maintains the efficient administration.

13. Design all training related forms

14. Maintain an efficient filing system (manual and computerised) to ensure easy access to all records and files and monitoring all training documents and files up to date.

15. Follow up and consolidate monthly, quarterly and annual reports

16. Monitor Laguna Phuket - Development Skills Department (Government).

17. Ensure that every Business Unite in Laguna Phuket compile and maintain a complete and up-to-date associate orientation / induction / standards manual / training materials
