Director of Human Resources

To provide leadership to associate and the management team in effectively managing the human resources function so that the organization has the right number and type of skill mix needed to fulfill business requirements, within the organizations agreed policies & local employment laws & regulations.

Qualification Required:
• Bachelor's degree in related field
• 5+ years in generalist HR role
• Previous management experience a plus
• Excellent communication skills both in Thai and English
• Highly organized
• Superior interpersonal skills
• Details oriented
• Good problem-solving skills
• Budget management experience
• Strong people skills
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Computer literacy
