This is a full-time on-site role as a Director of Revenue at Banyan Living, located in Phuket, Thailand.

Job Requirement:

• Manage Banyan Living website, online marketplaces, and aggregators
• Manage and maintain e-commerce platforms, including rental rates and inventory management
• Leverage dynamic pricing and offer flexible rate plans, coupons, and promotions as required
• List, update and manage properties on all major booking sites to give maximum visibility and improve occupancy rates, especially for Direct
• Report performance of each inventory
• Deep dive into properties overall performance and get actionable insights to identify areas for improvement
• Analyze historical data and market trends to optimize pricing strategies and improve top line
• Annual Budgeting and Reporting
